Suggested Usage
For adults and children at least 12 years of age. Take 1 to 2 tablets daily, preferably at night. It is important to drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water. Take at least ½ hour before eating or 2 hours after eating. Use for 2 to 3 days for optimum benefit.
