Modified Citrus Pectin Powder by Allergy Research Group

Modified citrus pectin is different from other pectin because of the way it is prepared. It is modified by a proprietary process, which reduces the molecular weight of the pectin molecule. Derived from organic citrus pectin. Average molecular weight: 30kD; pH: 6.0-7.2; Methoxylation: not more than 5%.

Suggested Usage

As a dietary supplement, 5 to 15 grams daily; dissolve one rounded teaspoon (approx. 5 g) of powder in water, juice or other liquid and drink one to three times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
For easier mixing, place Modified Citrus Pectin Powder in a jar or shaker with desired liquid and shake.
Those on a sodium-restricted diet should consult their healthcare practitioner before use.
